Terms of Service

By using or paying for I'm Blue, Lda.'s ("Uruky Site Search") private search service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Any material changes to these Terms will be notified via a prominent notice on our website at least one month before the changes take effect. If you wish to reject such changes, you should stop using the service (for refunds, see below).

This document has been originally written in English and is the only version for which Uruky Site Search can be held accountable.

Any other translation of this document is an effort to make the information accessible in other languages and should be taken as such, with no other value than merely informative.

Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
Account. You can use the search service anonymously, but to use the crawling and indexing service you need a Uruky Site Search account (with an email address as the identifier) and a topped-up balance. You agree to receive emails from us or our suppliers where necessary to provide the Services.
Privacy. Uruky Site Search does not sell, rent or monetize your personal data or search activity in any way.

The service

Uruky Site Search provides private, ad-free search. We do not log your search queries or sell your data. We use technology and practices designed to protect your privacy. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

We do not modify, redirect or inject content into your search results except as necessary to operate the service (e.g. formatting and delivery of results).

Access to the service

To use the service you need a Uruky Site Search account and sufficient balance, topped up via our website. Pricing is as shown on our website (each 10000 searches and 300 indexed pages costs €30 and are valid for 6 months). You may not use the service to offer a product or service that competes with or substantially replicates Uruky Site Search's private search offering. If we disable your account for a breach of these Terms, you will not create another account without our permission.

Payment

We accept payment by credit or debit card via Mollie. The price and period (e.g. six months) are shown at checkout. The service is activated when payment is confirmed and time runs from then. These Terms apply for the duration of the period you have paid for. You can find more about our payment provider in our Privacy Policy.

Refund policy / Complaints

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14-day period starts when your payment is made. To request a refund, please contact us and include your account email, date, and amount of payment. For complaints about the service after this period, you may contact us; remaining time may in some cases be refunded at our discretion.

Privacy

We aim for minimal data collection and no logging of your search activity. When you pay via Mollie, Mollie processes your payment data as a controller; see their website for details. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, read our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must use our Services in line with these Terms and our published policies. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not (and will not help others to) use the Services in ways that violate or infringe the rights of Uruky Site Search, our users or others, including privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that involve illegal or impermissible communications.

Disclaimers

We may change the service by updating our software or features. We try to avoid interruptions and defects but do not guarantee that the service or website will always be available or accurate. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." You are solely responsible for your use of the service.

Exclusions. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FREEDOM FROM HARMFUL CODE.

Limitation of liability. Uruky Site Search IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

Applicable law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Porto, Portugal, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Consumers may also use any applicable out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms.

Termination

You may stop using the service and end these Terms at any time by discontinuing use and, if you wish, deleting your account. We may modify, suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without reason.
